Can I import my current members?
Yes. Import your list from an Excel file or an export from your current software. Your members then get a link to activate their account.
Do my members need to download an app?
Nope. They open a link in their browser and can add it to their phone’s home screen, like an app, without going through the App Store.
How do I get paid?
By card, with Stripe or Square, straight into your own account. You can also accept Interac e-Transfers: the app shows you the ones to confirm.
My studio does things its own way. Will it work?
That’s the whole idea: the app is yours. A cancellation rule, a kind of plan, a report: you ask Niko, and it’s added to your app only.
How long does it take to get started?
Your app is created in under a minute. Importing your members, offers and schedule then takes a little longer, depending on how much data you have.
How much does it cost?
$99 a month, plus taxes, with no setup fee and a 14-day free trial. If you use Niko, the AI assistant, that usage goes on the invoice based on what you use.
